Tonight's the night I plan to tell my wife that I'm a transsexual (I waited to give her the weekend to regain her composure), and I'm getting really nervous about it. OK, I've been really nervous about it, but it always seemed so far away. My therapist had me practice telling it yesterday, and seemed to approve of what I planned to say (up until the plan ran out and I got to the winging it from there part). Does anybody have any last minute advice for me?

Does anybody have any last minute advice for me? Remember that all the best things are _base_d on love. Remember that you too are worthy of love, and you have a duty, given by your Creator, to love yourself as well as others. Trust your love for her, and remember that love should be the first and last thing that should pass between you every time you are together. That is no guarantee of anything, but it at least gets the moral questions out of the way. Be honest about our feelings, both long-term and immediate. If you're nervous and frightened, say so. Theoni

wear it don't where it I feel for the both of you and truly would hope for a good outcome or at best at least a little compassion. Just remember that it is just the beginning and the repercussions will more likely than not come in waves. Just be patient and try to understand her view of things. June
